Well I am getting ready to go back to Michigan for the 2009 season. I missed the archery season recovering from surgery on a disc in my neck. Now I am healed and ready to go. My buddy who owns the land saw a big 10 pt early in bow season. He said it was bigger than the one Jacob shot last year.

Myself and Brian Kays were drawn to hunt Ft. Harrison State Park on November 30 and December 1. Has anyone hunted here in the past? If so do you have any suggestions? Any imput would be appreciated.

Deer season is approaching. Are you ready? Just a reminder to get those bows out and shoot them frequently and get re-familiar with your equipment. Don't wait til the last moment to dig your camo, and equipment out. Get out and scout and be prepared and you will be more relaxed and most likely more successful.
